I am a veteran of 13 years of the armed forces and have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years. My goal is to enhance your fitness journey by making all resources easily accessible. Coach Kris creates a killer workout! No matter what, I know I'll get my heart rate up, sweat, and work my muscles. His workouts are easy-to-understand, and comprehensive, covering all muscle groups, while also working on balance, cardio, and fast-twitch muscle movement. Oh, and he never forgets abs!

I always know when I do a Coach Kris workout, I'm going to leave feeling awesome and exhausted. As busy as i am with work, volunteering, watching Netflix, and being a great dog mom, i needed someone to hold me accountable for maintaining a healthy level of daily fitness.
