His workouts are easy-to-understand, and comprehensive, covering all muscle groups, while also working on balance, cardio, and fast-twitch muscle movement. Oh, and he never forgets abs!

I always know when I do a Coach Kris workout, I'm going to leave feeling awesome and exhausted. The complex movements he chooses to incorporate in workouts are fun and focus on multiple muscle groups, instead of just repeating squats and curls all the time. As busy as I am with work, volunteering, watching Netflix, and being a great dog mom, I needed someone to hold me accountable for maintaining a healthy level of daily fitness.
